Congratulations 👏🏽 to the Camden Academy boys basketball team on a terrific season! Their record of 22-4, demonstrates the progress the team has experienced this season due to their dedication and hard work. Last night, Academy showed great athleticism in the 1st round of the South Jersey, Group 2 playoffs in Manchester. While the game was close during the first half, they lost to Manchester Township, ending their season for this year. We are proud of our players and appreciate the dedication of Coaches Phillips and Jackson.

Seniors at Camden Academy are responsible for inventing something as a senior project. This project is funded through a partnership with one of the biggest engineering firms in the country, L3 Harris Technologies. For this project, seniors must build and program, from scratch, a technology. Here is an example of a senior project. In this project, a senior is working to recreate R2D2. The senior has to make it move (body and head), react to visual and auditory signs.

Each week, engineers from L3-Communication, one of the best engineering firms in the country, come to Camden Academy to help mentor our seniors and aid them in their senior projects. These mentors teach everything from time management, engineering process, mechanical design, programming, and troubleshooting.
